Service Description: We believe that people should be allowed to exercise choice and maintain control over decisions which affect their lives. In order to do this people need INFORMATION about what support is available and provided by the Adult & Community Services and Housing Directorate on the Island.

We recognise that people prefer in most cases to have the support they need in their own homes. So, where practical, services have been shaped with this in mind. The service has to give priority to people who need the services most and there will be some situations where we will not be able to give you all the help you feel you may need.
