Planning Online - Decision Notices

This part of the site allows you to view Planning Application Decision Notices.

If an application has already had a Decision Notice issued, then it is also possible to access Decision Notices from an Applications main details page. If you wish to view all available documents for an application in this way please use the Planning Application Search facility.

NOTE: Decision Notices are only available online for applications made since 18th February 2004, details for applications made before this date can be viewed at the Seaclose Offices during our normal working hours.

NOTE: Planning Appeal information is only available online for appeals made since April 2005, appeal details for applications made before this can be viewed at the Seaclose Offices during our normal working hours.

If you cannot find a Decision Notice for a Planning Application submitted after the 18th February 2004 here, please use the Planning Application Search facility to check that the Application is not still open for comment.
