This year’s recycle week is the perfect opportunity to clear out your cupboards, the shed or attic and give any old, broken or unwanted electrical items the chance to be useful again.

Recycle week this year is focusing on the recycling of small electrical items. Recent research showed that despite frequently recycling large electrical items such as TVs and computers, we don’t tend to think about the smaller items such as hairdryers, toasters or even electric toothbrushes.

Pledge to recycle electrical items in the near future and be in with a chance of winning an Eco Kettle, or a DAB digital clock radio with IPOD dock.

Also, take small electrical items to a participating school this week to help the school be in with a chance of earning vouchers to improve their outside space.
