Community Safety Services
Community Safety Services (previously known as the Safer Neighbourhoods Partnership), sits within the Community Services Directorate of the Isle of Wight Council.

In September 2008 the Drug Action Team (DAT) and Get Sorted Team merged with the Safer Neighbourhoods Partnership to form the new service area called Community Safety.
In addition to providing important front line services, we also support the Isle of Wight Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnership (CDRP) on day-to-day basis. The CDRP website is currently being developed and will be available shortly at
www.saferwight.org.uk. The CDRP has also produced a community safety handbook which is available
here.
