Ryde Help Centre -  is based in Ryde Library

Ryde Help Centre provides assistance and support to local residents to use digital resources, directing customers to use online transactions through a number of self service options available at this site with some direct support.  This then leaves the face-to-face advice for those in greatest need.  Assistance and support through digital channels is provided with regards to a wide range of Council services which include, Housing Benefit and Local Council Tax Support, Council Tax, Blue Badge and Waste Collection.

Opening Times: 

Monday, Tuesday, and Friday between 9.00am - 5.00pm.
