Paying online is the quickest and easiest way to pay your parking ticket.

Supportive information when paying your PCN

  • You'll need the parking ticket number and your vehicle registration (also known as the VRM) at hand when you pay online. 
  • If you wish to pay a penalty charge notice balance please be aware that it will not be available until at least one working day after  the PCN was issued.


Other Payments methods

PayPoint: You can only pay in cash at a PayPoint retailer. You will need to take your penalty charge notice when you go and pay.

Telephone the Council Contact Centre: If you experiencing problems with paying online or you need assistance with paying online please call 01983 823714 between Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm or Saturday 9am to 1pm. Please note: you may experience delays when calling the Council due to high volumes of calls.


It is the responsibility of the payer to ensure that payment is received within the appropriate time. The council will not accept responsibility for undelivered or delayed payment.

Enforcement Agents

If you have a Penalty Charge Notice that has been passed to Enforcement Agents for recovery, any direct payments made to the Council will be transferred to the Agents for allocation towards the warrant. Accordingly, you will still be liable for any additional charges/fees due to the Enforcement Agents. View further information on our Enforcement Agents.
