You may be in a position where you need support on how best to live as independently as possible and/or continue in your caring role. Whether this happens in your own home or you need support, we can help you identify the most suitable type of care to meet your needs.

If you need help to manage your current situation there are a number of local help organisations that may be able to help you.
If you feel that none of the local help organisations meet your needs, then you may wish to begin the formal Adult Social Care assessment process.
