Violence Reduction Unit Grant
Reducing violent crime is a priority for the Community Safety Partnership.
We want to work with partner organisations addressing the route causes that may lead to violence. Grants of up to £7,500 are now available to groups working with young people to help achieve this.
Projects must be able to support the following priorities:
- Domestic violence and abuse and healthy relationships
- Youth diversionary offers, including detached youth provision
- Improving the Emotional Wellbeing and resilience of young people
- Raising aspirations of young people.
The funding is available for initiatives that will be delivered before 31 March 2022. Priority will be given to organisations already working with this cohort.
Applications open on 14 June 2021.
Applications close at 12 noon on the 9 July 2021.
