You may be in a position where you need information, advice or guidance on how best to support yourself to live as independently as possible and/or continue in your caring role. The following information provides a wide range of sources depending on your circumstances.

Need help to manage
If you need help to manage your current situation there are a number of organisations that may be able to help you which can be found on the ‘Local Help and Support’ tab at the top of this page.
If you feel your needs may require more support please telephone our Adult First Response Team on 01983 814980. Staff will talk to you, evaluate your situation and provide you with support to help you.

If you suspect someone is in immediate risk, harm or danger, please telephone the Police on 999.
