: No. The registrars simply verify your documents. You must attend in person to complete the verification process.
If, after you have verified your documents, you have any technical problems or do not receive the confirmation email please telephone the EUSS helpline: 0300 123 7379. The registrars cannot give any advice on the application process or documents to be submitted.
