Community Led SPDs

At the request of Parish and Town Councils, the Isle of Wight Council has adopted a number of community documents as Supplementary Planning Documents (SPDs) within the Island Plan Local Development Framework.

Godshill Parish SPD

The Godshill Parish Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) was adopted by the Isle of Wight Council at its Executive meeting on 23 June 2015 and came into force on 2 July 2015.  A draft of the document was published for consultation from 10 April until 26 May 2015.  The documents can be viewed by clicking on each link below:

The Chale Village Design Statement SPD was adopted by the Isle of Wight Council following a delegated decision (reference 48/12) by the Portfolio Holder on 14 December 2012 and came into force on 14 January 2013. A draft of the document was published for consultation from 27 July until 10 September 2012.
