Answer: Yes. The service is for all young people within the specified age range

Question: How old do I need to be to see a Adviser?
Answer: The service is available to young people age 13 – 19 (20th birthday) and up to 25th birthday for people with a learning difficulty and/or disability

Question: Do I need an appointment to see an Adviser?
Answer: Ideally yes. To book an appointment at either County Hall or a community drop in centre please call 01983 823888. To book an appointment in school, please contact your school careers co-ordinator.

Answer: Yes. Parents and carers are welcome to be involved – but it is for you and your parents/carers to decide what is best for you

Answer: Yes all the Advisers are fully qualified to level 6 or 7 and the advice is guaranteed to be independent.
