Eligibility for Short Breaks

Can you answer 'Yes' or 'No' to the questions below?

• Is your child or young person aged between 0 and 18 years (i.e. have not passed their 19th birthday)?
• Does your child or young person have a disability and/or additional needs and may require support to participate in leisure and recreational activities?
• Does your child or young person live on the Isle of Wight and/or attend school on the Isle of Wight?  

If you answered 'Yes' to all the above you are eligible to receive Short Breaks.

To access Short Breaks activities you must apply for a Short Breaks membership card. Membership is free. Find out more information about becoming a member and making an application.
