There is funding available through the Isle Be Active programme to help new or current instructors build a business for physical activity.  To find out more information and how to apply, please click on the 'Contact' tab above where you can either send us an email by using the 'Send a message to this service' tab or call on the number provided.

Medina IOW parkrun

Medina IOW parkrun is a venture being co-ordinated by the Isle of Wight Council and funded jointly by Sport England and the Health Authority to help raise adult and children physical activity levels. parkrun organises free, weekly, 5km timed runs around the world.  They are open to everyone, free, and are safe and easy to take part in.  To register for the Medina IOW parkrun, please click here (website).
