Twenty new beach huts are ready for the summer season at the beautiful Colwell Bay, a quiet sand and shingle beach with panoramic views - an ideal spot for a relaxing day out.

These facilities shall be let on a ten year lease at a cost of £10,000 for each hut.  Along with this there will be a ground rent of £700pa for Colwell. The lease payment can be made in either one lump sum or on an annual basis with the ground rent payments
