Details: Preceded on the Thursday evening (Dec 6th) by the special “Lights of Love “ carol service in Brighstone Church at 7pm to which all are welcome, the Brighstone Christmas Tree Festival opens the next day in all seven locations. A myriad of attractions awaits you to put you in the festive mood. FREE PARK & RIDE; FREE ADMISSION; AND FREE MULLED WINE WHILE STOCKS LAST. Over 200 theme decorated trees in seven venues plus children’s trees in the library and a Santa’s Snowy Grotto. Musical entertainment, concerts, carol singing, craft fairs, cake raffles, a mini market, hog roast, Santa's Snowy Grotto, Lace-making Demonstrations and a fantastic outdoor Nativity Pageant performed with local cast and musicians. All Concerts during the festival and into the following week in Brighstone Church set against the stunning backdrop of all the trees.
Daily refreshments available ( including Soup lunches on the Saturday). In short, something for everyone and a great day out for the family. The Free Park and Ride will operate from the Isle of Wight Pearl and Brighstone Holiday Centre on the Military Rd into Brighstone village with a further FREE FYT Bus shuttle service to Mottistone and back. So you can leave your car free of charge and relax. Donations welcomed. All proceeds to charity.
