Not receiving account emails?

If you are not receiving account code activation or account reactivation emails from this site, here are some things to check

  • Ensure you have entered the correct email address
  • Check your spam or junk folders in case the emails have been wrongly categorised
  • If your email provider uses filters or divides your emails into 'Focused' and 'Other' type lists, check the emails are not within these instead.
