Isle of Wight Libraries Order And Collect During the first stage of our reopening, customers will not be able to enter the building to select their own books. Instead, we are offering an Order and Collect service for customers able to travel to a Council-run library (Cowes, Freshwater, Newport, Ryde, Sandown and Ventnor.) If you are shielding / isolating, please contact your local library or library HQ (823824) for details of our Home Delivery Service, although if you prefer, you can sign up to Order and Collect and delegate someone else to collect your items for you. You can also continue to reserve books online in the usual way, but will still need to book a collection slot to pick them up. Once you have submitted your form you will be contacted by telephone to arrange a collection time
