We have an exciting opportunity within the Business Support and Projects Team supporting our Adult Social Care (ASC) internal provider services for a Business Support Officer.

You will need to demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
Good computer knowledge and experience is essential (Microsoft 365)
We are seeking a self-motivated business administrator with excellent communication skills to join our Business Support Team that provides business administrative support at the following ASC provider services across the Isle of Wight:

Adelaide (Ryde)

Community Outreach & Reablement (Island wide: Main office based in Newport)

Gouldings (Freshwater)

Plean Dene (Shanklin)

Saxonbury (Freshwater)

Shared Lives (Island wide: Main office based in Newport)

Westminster House (Newport)

Applicants will need to demonstrate the following:

·        Demonstratable team working skills.

·        Strong verbal communication skills – able to liaise at all levels.

·        Excellent word processing and numeracy skills.

·        A good eye for detail and meticulous approach to workloads.

·        Ability to work to strict deadlines in a high-performance environment.

·        Previous experience working within a business / administration environment.

·        A minimum qualification of GCSE / NVQ Level 2 Business Administration / or equivalent is required.

The successful candidate will be required to work Mon-Fri and be expected to agile work at the locations across some of the provider services / work from home.
