Dinosaur Isle Museum, Sandown is a busy museum displaying and interpreting the Island's world renown fossil heritage.

The museum seeks to recruit a sessional (April to September) part time Retail Assistant to work front of house, handling enquiries, admissions, and retail sales.

The successful candidate will be friendly and welcoming, preferably having previously worked in retail, tourism, or heritage.

The postholder is required to work weekends Saturday and Sunday in July and August, Saturday’s and one weekday April to September, with bank holidays on a rota basis. There may be the opportunity for additional hours at other Isle of Wight Council operated heritage sites.

Our staff are provided with uniforms.
