We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to coordinate our Undergraduate Scheme, providing high-quality support and supervision to our undergraduates throughout their two-year journey.

This role involves responding to and liaising with undergraduates and other professionals to support and recruit new and existing undergraduates for their placements.

You will need to possess:

  • A range of IT skills particularly using Microsoft 365
  • Demonstrate flexibility in your approach
  • Able to work with a wide range of people and ages and being sensitive to their needs
  • Be emotionally resilient to help others
  • Understanding of adult safeguarding duties or willingness to undertake the required mandatory training
  • Accurately record information

This newly created role is designed to support, encourage, monitor, and mentor our undergraduates as they find their place in various locations within the care industry.

Candidates must also:

  • Exhibit an appropriate level of literacy and numeracy
  • Hold a full UK driving licence

Our team works tirelessly to support individuals in maintaining their independence in their homes. Our Reablement teams offer short-term assistance to help individuals regain their independence during times of change. Domiciliary carers provide essential care within the community, ensuring individuals’ needs are met with dignity and respect by helping with daily tasks such as meal preparation, personal care, and light household duties.
