Are you a reliable, hardworking individual looking for a rewarding role in a school environment? We are seeking a Part-Time Site Manager to join our team and help ensure the smooth running of our forward thinking and nurturing school where we support all children to be the best they can be.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking responsibility for opening and securing the school premises each day as a key holder
  • Carrying out minor repairs and general maintenance
  • Ensuring the school is safe, clean, and well-maintained
  • Conducting regular health and safety checks and addressing any issues
  • Liaising with contractors and suppliers as needed
  • Supporting staff with site-related tasks

What We’re Looking For:

  • A proactive and practical approach to maintenance tasks
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
  • Computing skills, appropriate to the role
  • An understanding of health and safety regulations
  • A friendly, approachable and flexible attitude
  • A strong team player with a commitment to our wonderful school
