Leisure Attendant x4-6
Various part time hours between 21 and 31.5 per week available (full time is equal to 37 hour per week)
1Leisure are recruiting at 1Leisure Medina & Heights for our busy Leisure Attendant team.
Total amount of hours we have available to cover shared between 4-6 candidates at both sites:
- 61 hrs per week @ 1Leisure Heights
- 66 hrs per week @ 1Leisure Medina
We are looking for between 4 and 6 candidates to complete the above hours on a permanent basis as part of a 2-week rota. Candidates are required for a mixture of shifts but will also have the opportunity to cover holiday periods and staff absences. You will need to be flexible around working hours which will include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
You will need to demonstrate good communications and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
The role requires a current qualification in pool lifeguarding from either STA (Swim teachers association) or RLSS (Royal Life Saving society). Please see the Job Summary which details the essential qualifications and/or experience required for the role.
We are looking for staff who can add to our current team who have a confident and outgoing personality, ideally with experience of working in a leisure environment.
