Are you passionate about helping schools create calm, inclusive and emotionally supportive environments?
We’re seeking a dedicated Specialist Advisory Assistant to join our REST team, working in primary and secondary schools across the Isle of Wight to promote positive regulation, engagement and emotional well-being.
You’ll work alongside school staff, modelling effective strategies, coaching and guiding teachers and support teams, and delivering targeted 1-1 or small group interventions with pupils. Your work will help schools strengthen their approaches to inclusion and emotional regulation ensuring every child can thrive in their learning.
You will need:
- Experience supporting children and young people in an education, health or social care setting
- Confidence in working collaboratively with school staff and families
- A Level 3 qualification (or willingness to work towards)
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
