Support Worker (HMP)
32 hours per week
We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker to join our dedicated team delivering care and support to individuals residing at HM Prison Isle of Wight.
In this rewarding role, you will play a vital part in delivering a high-quality, person-centred service that promotes independence and dignity. We welcome applications from both experienced carers and those new to the profession who are passionate about making a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and respectful care to individuals with varying support needs.
- Work collaboratively within a team to ensure consistent and effective service delivery.
- Promote independence and wellbeing through tailored support plans.
What We’re Looking For:
- A good understanding of domiciliary care and support services.
- Commitment to person-centred care and safeguarding principles.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
