Kitchen Assistant
21.5 hours per week

We’re looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our care team and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming kitchen environment that provides nutritious meals and refreshments to the people we support.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with meal preparation and service under the guidance of the Cook/Assistant Cook
- Clean kitchen areas and equipment to high standards
- Complete kitchen records
- Support dietary needs and allergen awareness, ensuring choice and safety
- Follow health and safety procedures and infection control guidance
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in a kitchen or care setting
- Reliability, responsibility, and a team-focused attitude
- Awareness of food hygiene and safety standards
- Ability to maintain accurate records and follow procedures
