Join Our Community Outreach & Reablement Team – Community Support Workers (Island-wide)

Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? Our Community Outreach service, which includes Reablement, is seeking dedicated Community Support Workers across the Isle of Wight.

In this rewarding role, you’ll play a vital part in delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence and wellbeing. Whether you're experienced in care or just starting your journey, we welcome individuals who are compassionate, reliable, and eager to support others in their homes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A genuine commitment to supporting people to live independently
  • Understanding of working in a domiciliary care setting
  • Willingness to work flexibly across the island on a shift basis
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
  • Business use car insurance (required when using your own vehicle) pool cars may be available

Your base will be with the Outreach team in Newport, with start locations in either Newport or Ryde.
