The facilities management team are keen to recruit facilities management bank staff to support the Corporate Buildings Manager and site specialists in the day to day running of the County Hall complex and council's storage buildings.

The successful applicants will be enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals with a strong customer care focus and be able to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers. You will need to be flexible around working hours, shifts include early mornings or evenings until meetings finish. Candidates should be able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.

The post will be expected to deal with services which use the facilities management team on a day to day basis. The daily use of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook and Word as well as bespoke software will be required. 

You will need to be self-motivated with good inter-personal and communication skills; a team player who displays commitment, a keen eye for detail, and reliability.
