Beaulieu House is a children's home and short breaks service for disabled children located in Newport Isle of Wight.
Our recent Ofsted inspection graded us as 'Good'. Ofsted reported that 'Staff place the well-being of individual children at the centre of their practice, irrespective of the challenges that children may present' and 'Children, irrespective of any disability they may have, enjoy access to a range of social, educational and recreational opportunities, including activities in the local community'.

This is a challenging yet exciting position. The successful applicant will have previous experience working in the care settings. They will have the ability to support disabled children on a 1:1 and as part of a team.
A full current UK driving licence would be advantageous.

The management reporting line for this role is ultimately through Hampshire County Council Children’s Services Director/Assistant Director and managers who take operational responsibility for children’s services.
