We are seeking to appoint an Administrative Officer within the Central Management Support Team who will be required to provide a full range of administrative duties and support functions.  

You will be required to organise and minute confidential and sensitive meetings that contain complex information to a high standard, therefore proven minute taking skills are essential. 
 
You must have excellent IT skills with a good knowledge of a variety of IT packages and be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.  A flexible approach to work and a willingness to learn is essential as is the ability to work within a team and under pressure.
