The Arreton & Oakfield Federation are looking for an inspirational and hardworking SEN/Behaviour Support Assistant to join the Oakfield team as soon as possible. Our Federation prides itself on its inclusive ethos and the high level of care and support offered to all pupils, including those with more complex additional needs. We are looking to appoint a keen and enthusiastic person, willing to give their best to the children and develop their own skills within a supportive and developmental environment.  You should be sympathetic to the ethos of a Church school.  There will be a requirement for the successful applicant to undertake lunch duty on a daily basis, (2.5 hours per week) for which a separate contract will be issued
