Our Re-ablement Resource Centres provide vital support to people being discharged from hospital or helping people avoid admission to hospital. Our service offer extends to people receiving re-ablement care, day care and respite care that all results in a vibrant mix of activities and challenges in the homes.
There is no better time to join our service as we integrate our re-ablement and rehabilitation offer with colleagues in the NHS Trust. Working in close partnership with the Registered Manager you will need to be conversant with CQC Regulations to be able to lead the team and provide an exellent safe services to the people we support. As our Deputy Managers you will be good at problem solving and you will be driven by offering personalised services that are safe and of the highest quality. This will be done using your excellent leadership skills and your keen eye effective and responsive practice
To succeed you will need a minimum of QCF L3 in a related field as well as the ability to work flexibly and lead by example. You will be part of the senior team for re-ablement and rehabilitiation services and as well as supporting the day to day operations at the centre's you will play an active role in supporting our service offer, across the health and social care system.
You will enjoy motivating and supporting a team of approximately 50 staff that includes Therapists, Assistant Managers, Support Workers and ancillary staff; all to get the best from them and to promote excellent care and support to the people we serve.
