Grade 5, £9.68 per hour plus night shift allowance

Wightcare provide a local community alarm and telecare service, supporting vulnerable adults to remain safe and independent in their own home. 

We are looking for individuals to support the Newport based Response Centre, especially at night, to maintain a 24/7 service. This role involves triaging emergency alarm calls to ensure the right response is given at the right time to our vulnerable residents. Full training will be given but the successful applicants will need a range of skills, be able to work flexibly to meet the demands of the service and keep calm whilst under pressure.
