We are looking to appoint 2 positive, committed and forward thinking Day Support Worker who will be supporting residents in the authority-run homes for adults with a learning disability and Behaviours that Challenge.

You will play a key role in delivering a high quality service, which has a person centred approach and actively supports and maximises residents' independence and life experience. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate an appropriate level of literacy and numeracy with a clear commitment to excellence. It is an important feature of these roles that residents have access to the range of community activities and we therefore welcome applications from people who are able to drive vehicles used by the residents in the homes.

You will be well supported and receive regular structured supervision, training and development opportunities.
