As the Principal Social Worker, I am excited to be advertising this new role of Quality and Audit Lead here on the Isle of Wight, where we have been moving at pace with our transformation programme and have introduced our Pride in Practice Quality Assurance Framework.

 

I am seeking a new team member with expertise in audit and quality assurance, to lead on the implementation of the Pride in Practice programme with regards to our quality assurance framework and auditing processes throughout adult social care.

 

Working as part of the Practice Development Team and with the Principal Social Worker you will lead on practice quality and develop the implementation of best practice and transformation for adult social care.  You will ensure we have a whole systems approach which enhances practice and management decision making and will lead on developing and implementing a seamless and innovative quality management system.
