Community pantries and food vouchers

Join a community pantry

Join a community pantry and top up your weekly shop with a wide range of foods:

  • any Island resident can join a community pantry
  • joining is not means tested and you do not need to be on benefits to go to the pantry
  • to join you need to complete a short form
  • you can join any pantry, you don't have to use the one nearest to you
  • for £5 a week, you can choose over £15 worth of fresh, frozen, tinned and dry food
  • the mobile pantry will only have tinned and dry food available
  • you don’t have to use the pantry every week - if you don't visit you don't pay
  • if you have specialist food needs, please talk to the pantry staff
