Privacy Notice Household Support Fund

This privacy notice provides you with general information about how we collect and use your information in the delivery of our services.

How we use and share your information

When you receive support that has been funded by the Department for Work and Pensions’ Household Support Fund, a small amount of your personal data will be shared with the Partnerships & Services team at the Isle of Wight Council who manage this funding on the Isle of Wight. This information is limited to name, house name / number, postcode and household composition. The data will only be used to monitor and review how the funding is used and will allow us to analyse and audit the projects that receive funding. Your data will only be used by this small team and not shared elsewhere inside or outside of the council. It will not be used for any other purpose. 

How long we hold your information

The Isle of Wight Council is committed to keeping your personal information safe and processing it in accordance with our obligations under data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation. We will keep your information safe and secure, and we will only hold your personal information for the year of this award, after which it will be deleted.
