I am causing harm
What support can I get?
If you recognise that your behaviour is causing harm to someone you care about, it’s never too late to seek help and make a change. Acknowledging the problem is the first step towards breaking the cycle of abuse.
The Hampton Trust offers support to help individuals address harmful behaviours and build healthier relationships.

- Caring Dads - a programme for fathers who want to improve their relationships with their children and become positive role models.
- CARA - an early intervention programme for first-time, low-risk offenders of domestic abuse.
The support helps you
- understand the impact of your actions
- develop new skills
