PayByPhone lets you pay for parking with a credit or debit card, rather than using cash at a machine. 

You can download the free app, use the PayByPhone website, or call 0330 400 7275 and pay for your parking over the phone.

When buying your parking ticket or permit, our Civil Enforcement Officers will be able to view the valid tickets for your vehicle.

It is your responsibility to make sure you select the correct location and enter your registration number correctly. If you have more than one vehicle registered to your account, make sure you select the correct vehicle each time.

If you add your email address to your account, you will receive a receipt for any purchased tickets. Or, you can have a text receipt sent to your mobile by selecting the text receipt box on your account. If you need a VAT receipt, you can download receipts for the last 12 months from your account. To do this, you will need your mobile phone number and the last four digits of the credit/debit card used.

All transactions are subject to a service fee. Optional text message reminders are subject to an additional charge by PayByPhone.
