We do not use QR codes for parking payments. Motorists should use the PayByPhone app.

You can pay for parking in the following ways
- PayByPhone - you can download the free PayByPhone app, visit the PayByPhone website or call 0330 400 7275 and pay for your parking over the phone. Please make sure you have the right location and you have entered your vehicle registration correctly. You can choose how to get a receipt when using the app. All transactions are subject to a service fee. Optional text message reminders are subject to an additional charge by PayByPhone.
- Ticket machines - both cash and card payments are available at our Pay and Display machines.
