Question: Can I upgrade or Downgrade my One card?

Answer: Yes, If paying cash monthly you can downgrade or upgrade your One card option at the end of the period you have paid for.

If paying by direct debit, and wish to upgrade or downgrade your existing One Card option, you must complete a new application form and direct debit mandate to confirm any changes you wish to make. When upgrading, you will have to pay the difference upfront between the options (based on a daily pro-rata rate) and then you will be entitled to the benefits of the newly upgraded option from that day.

No refunds are given on downgrades or part used One Card Options.

Question: How do I cancel my One card direct debit

Answer: You are required to give 28 days notice, this must be supplied in writing to the One Card Team, Floor 2, County Halll, Newport, Isle of Wight PO30 1UD. You can also email your cancellation to onecard@iow.gov.uk. Please give details of your membership, including your card number if possible.

Question: Can I pay for my One card by direct debit?

Answer: Yes you can pay by direct debit. The direct debit run is on or around the 1st and the 15th of the month. When you initially apply for your card you will have to pay an interim payment that covers you up to the first direct debit payment.

Answer: You need to report the loss to the centre that you use, they can issue you a replacement card at the cost of £2.50. If you are a direct debit customer then you may need to complete a new mandate.
