The fees detailed below are applicable from Fee's 1 April 2020 - 31 March 2021
Fees are reviewed annually and the new fees will be payable for any ceremonies held after the review date. Please call us if you would like to check any of the fees. Statutory fees are subject to a review each April.
Fees for ceremonies are payable three weeks before the date of your ceremony or immediately if booked within six weeks of ceremony date. We accept payment by cash or card only.
A non-refundable booking fee of £45.00 secures your date and time in our diary for up to two years in advance. It allows for one change of date, time or venue. This fee is not a deposit and is not deducted from your overall ceremony fee.

Fee to Give Notice of Marriage
- Each person giving Notice of Marriage or Civil Partnership pays a statutory fee of £35.00
Ceremony at a licensed venue
- £430 - Monday to Thursday
- £465 - Friday
- £490 - Saturday
- £515 - Sunday and Bank Holiday
Ceremony at St Catherine's Ceremony Room, Seaclose Offices
Conversion of a Civil Partnership to a Marriage
Religious Wedding - Registrars Attendance
This includes naming ceremonies, renewal of vows and commitment ceremonies and civil partnership conversion ceremonies.
Celebrant ceremony at a licensed venue or at a non-licensed venue (fee includes inspection of the venue) following a St Catherine's Room or Register Office ceremony
- £370 - Monday to Thursday

Renewal of Vows, Naming Ceremonies and Commitment Ceremonies
- £175 at a licensed venue
- £100 at St.Catherine's Ceremony Room, Seaclose Offices
Weddings at Isle of Wight Register Office
Weddings are held on Wednesday at 9:30am and 10:00am and are subject to availability. The office will only hold the couple plus their two witnesses, no other guests are permitted to attend.
