Submitting an Enforcement Complaint
If you wish to report any unauthorised development, please complete the Enforcement complaint form available from the "Do It Online" tab above.
Complaints are registered and you should receive an acknowledgement within 5 working days and each case will be individually assessed on its merits. You will be informed of the name of the Enforcement Officer who will be dealing with your complaint and provided with a reference number. The Enforcement Officer will advise you of any significant progress made as and when this occurs.
