Answer: You can borrow up to 10 different eBooks at any one time.

Question: Do I need to download anything to read an eBook?

Answer: Adobe Digital Editions 2.0 is required to read eBook titles checked out through the OneClickdigital website on your computer. Adobe Digital Editions is a free software that is used on your computer and mobile devices to download and read eBook titles.

To read your titles on a mobile device, you will also need a free Adobe Digital Editions account and also install the OneClickdigital eReader from your device’s app store.

Question: What is a wishlist?

Answer: The Wishlist is a tool which allows you to keep track of titles that you may wish to read at a later date. Your Wishlist titles will remain on the list for a period of 90 days.

Question: How can I reserve an eBook which some one else has on loan?

Answer: You can click on the Hold button on the right-hand side of the title detail page. You will be given your place in the queue and the title will be placed on your hold list until it becomes available.

When your book is available, you will receive an email to say that it is ready to download.

Answer: No. You will need to have a modern browser (Internet Explorer 9.0+, Firefox 21.0+, Safari 5+, Chrome 31.0+) but all you have to do to listen to music is enter your 8 digit library card number and start listening.

Answer: If no one else has reserved the title and it is nearing the expiration date, the “Renew” button can be found on the “My Collections / Checked Out” tab beside the “Download Now” button for each title.
