Procurement terms and conditions
The following documents detail our general terms and conditions:

These terms and conditions do not alter in any way any other agreement that the Isle of Wight Council may have with your organisation (i.e. contract awarded following a tender process) and any separate agreement will supplement or supersede these terms.
If the Isle of Wight Council has imposed separate terms and conditions the provisions of the separate terms and conditions shall control in the event of a conflict with these general terms.
