United Kingdom Parliamentary General Election (UKPGE) 

When will the UKPGE take place?

The elections for the Members of Parliament for Isle of Wight East and Isle of Wight West will take place on Thursday 4 July 2024.

Election details

Polling Card will be delivered in mid-June 2024. It will give details of either your local Polling Station or of your Postal Vote. This will depend on your choice of voting method.

Important dates

The last date to apply to Register to Vote in this election is Tuesday 18 June 2024.

You will need an approved form of photographic identification. You need this type of identification to allow you to vote at this or any other election. If you do not have any suitable form of photographic identification you can apply for a Voter Authority Certificate.

The last date to apply for, or to cancel a Postal Vote is 5pm on Wednesday 19 June 2024.

The last date to apply for, or to cancel a Proxy Vote is 5pm on Wednesday 26 June 2024.
