1Leisure are recruiting to their bank of casual staff. Candidates are required to cover staff absences and need to be flexible around working hours which could include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays. The availability of hours cannot be guaranteed, and candidates may not be contacted immediately.
You will need to demonstrate good communications and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
The hours we are looking for cover are as follows:
Medina
3.45 – 5.15pm Monday to Friday = 1.5 hours per day and 10 till 1pm Saturdays = 3 hours
Heights
4 - 5.30pm Monday to Friday = 1.5 hours per day and Saturday 8.30 – 11.30am = 3 hours
Depending on role applying for you may well need qualifications in disciplines such as Gym qualifications, in instructing, customer care, swimming teaching. Please see the attached Person Specification and Job Description which details the essential qualifications and/or experience required for the role.
We are looking for staff who can add to our current team who have a confident and outgoing personality, ideally with experience of working in a leisure environment.
