Are you looking to work in care in a non- traditional fashion?

The Isle of Wight Council are looking to recruit enthusiastic Support staff to join The Goulding’s Re-ablement Resource Centre on a casual contract.

Re-ablement is a targeted, person centered delivery of care focusing on working with Individuals to identify and reach their own goals, supporting them on their journey to regaining Independence.

The start of that journey begins in our bedded resource centre where you will enjoy a rewarding, dynamic and versatile role, working alongside the individuals who use our service, colleagues and a variety of other Professionals along the way.

A Level 2 diploma in Health and Social Care would be an advantage, but a willingness to learn is essential as is an appropriate knowledge of literacy and numeracy. You will be supported with full training, regular structured supervision and Development opportunities.
